Dr. P uses theories and methodologies from each of those 4 areas to provide the problem-solving, goal setting, strategic planning, and evaluation of results that entrepreneurs are seeking to move forward in their businesses.

Coaching and consulting are behavior change processes and both are solution focused. Each of us have our diverse qualities and unique structure that we bring to our businesses. We need to be aware of and appreciate the role of our diversity and uniqueness before we can do so with others.
Dr. P’s philosophy is rooted in behaviorism, solution-focused theory, goal-setting theory, and multiculturalism. These are at the foundation of her OPLE™ system.
Multicultural awareness is embedded in each aspect of the OPLE™ system to allow for individual differences to be considered during the coaching and consultations processes. Multicultural awareness includes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). There is visible diversity and there are those aspects of diversity that are present in each of us that helps us to be successful. Our various aspects of diversity are evident when we collaborate with others to problem-solve and identify solutions.
The OPLE™ system focuses on the root elements of your organizational tree that contribute to the development of your organization’s culture. It doesn’t matter the size of your business, there is an organizational culture.
